On the first Jura chain in Balsthal with my Leica M9, I explored the area for the first time with my new Summaron-M 1:5.6/28 lens. After the rain had subsided, the forest was still shrouded in a light mist, which began to dissipate as the first rays of sunlight filtered through the trees. At this magical moment, the sun illuminated the small, young plants on the forest floor. Capturing this scene in black and white was a unique experience, and I was amazed by the exceptional sharpness that my new lens delivered. The contrast between the delicate mist and the emerging sunlight created an ethereal atmosphere that I was able to capture in my photo.
