Tranquility at a Mountain Lake

This photo captures the tranquil beauty of a mountain lake. It was taken this spring on a hike with my dog, Imao. The mountains still have patches of snow, and at the level of the lake, spring has just arrived. In the morning, the surprisingly soft, white snow covered the mountain landscape and was perfectly reflected in the still waters of the lake. I am always fascinated by the transformation that snow brings to the landscape. The silence, the soft contours, and the monochrome landscape never cease to amaze me.
